GNSS Challenge:
"Japanese habits for entrepreneurial success"
What we can still learn from the Japanese for our double growth...
Here I will explain what GNSS is, what I am talking about and what you can gain from it:
Germany's Next Speaker Star (GNSS) – and you decide who advances!
Germany's Next Speaker Star is the largest speaker competition in the German-speaking world – with over 550 applicants. Only the top 20 with the most votes advance to the next round. And you can decide who gets to be part of it.
My name is Birger Nispel, and I'm here to make a difference:
🧘 Less noise, more quiet power.
📈 Less stress, more magnetic charisma.
💡 Less searching, more meaning.
Why should you vote for me?
Because we live in a time where many entrepreneurs and self-employed people function – but no longer lead.
In a time where success is measured only in numbers, and fulfillment and attraction are lost. I'll show you and other entrepreneurs how, with Japanese serenity, inner strength, and a clear code of values, you can once again become a person, a brand that people enjoy following. A magnet for happy customers. A brand that quietly shines in a noisy market. An entrepreneur who radiates instead of toiling.
If you vote for me, you're supporting more than just one speaker.
You vote for:
✅ more humanity in business
✅ more clarity in thinking and acting
✅ a new kind of success – with meaning, style and strength
And honestly, maybe you feel it yourself—this longing for more energy, more depth, more of being yourself. Then your voice for me is also a voice for you.
🎤 Vote now – for Birger Nispel!
Click the button, enter your email address, and vote for me. This is the only way I'll be among the top 20 – and you'll become part of this movement. Because change begins with a decision.
Thank you for your trust.
Thank you for your vote.

What we can learn from the Japanese...
As a German entrepreneur, I gained years of experience in Japan. What is normal for Japanese people struck me because it was equally different. I was fascinated by the behavior, attitudes, mentality, and mindset of the Japanese. I was inspired and enthralled. I wrote down much of this in the book "What We Can Learn from the Japanese." It's an inspiring collection of unusual features and checklists.
