Hello, my name is Birger NISPEL.

I am a biomedical engineer, corporate ambassador, speaker, mentor, and developer of the ROSY® system, which I use to successfully support international companies entering the German market. My professional career began with studies in electrical engineering at Ruhr University Bochum and a degree in biomedical engineering from Aachen University of Applied Sciences. I am also a lead auditor for ISO 13485:2016, have completed additional training in business and psychology, and have served for many years as a lay judge at the Bochum Civil Court and as a member of the general assembly of the Bochum/Central Ruhr Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

As CEO of a medical technology company, I specialize in supporting tech companies looking to export their products to Germany. I've developed my own online courses, templates, and seminars specifically for international businesses. My mission is to guide at least 1,000 companies annually toward growth in the German market – with a clear strategy, in-depth expertise, and a crucial success factor: the right mindset. Because business and personality are inextricably linked. They are mutually dependent and influence each other. That's why I combine business strategies with personal development – in over 60 courses, coaching sessions, and training programs. I'm a platform coordinator for JETRO, a business ambassador for Fukushima Prefecture, and have attended more than 300 seminar days, read over 250 specialist books, and invested a six-figure sum in personal and professional development.
